Dr Anice George, Dean, 必威体育betway888 College of Nursing 必威体育betway888 and Director of Nursing Education, 必威体育betway888 formally welcomed the gathering and Dr Mamatha S Pai, Professor and Coordinator of the workshop gave an overview of the workshop. Associate Dean, HoD’s of various departments of the college, were present during the inaugural function.
Dr Tessy Treesa Jose, Prof and HoD, Psychiatric Nursing taken sessions on Literature search and 必威体育betway888 proposal preparation. The next session in the afternoon was by Dr Linu Sara George, Professor and HoD, Fundamentals of Nursing, MCON 必威体育betway888 on 必威体育betway888 designs and 必威体育betway888 report writing. Methods of data collection including validity and reliability, Introduction to qualitative study was dealt by Dr Mamatha S Pai, Professor and HoD, Child Health Nursing, MCON 必威体育betway888. Ms Ashma Dorothy Monteiro, Dept of Statistics, MU, took the session on Use of SPSS, Data coding and Data entry and hands on experience on SPSS. Test of Significance, sample size estimation and analysis and interpretation of data was dealt by Dr.Binu V, Associate Professor, Dept of Statistics, MU.?
