An alumni guest lecture was arranged by the Department of Psychiatric (Mental Health) Nursing, 必威体育betway888 College of Nursing (MCON), MAHE, 必威体育betway888 for the UG and PG nursing students on 17th December 2021 through online mode. The resource person was Mrs. Anjali, Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at Brampton Civic Hospital, Canada. She is an alumnus of MCON, MAHE, 必威体育betway888: MSc (N) 2011-2013 batch. Mrs. Anjali deliberated a session on “Management of aggressive??behavior in a psychiatric setting".?She discussed the methods that are utilized in Canadian psychiatric settings to recognize the signs of aggression in a client and emphasized the interventions carried out based on the cultural, ethical, and legal basis. A total of 113 participants (students from III year BSc, II year PBBSc and II year MSc Nursing) attended the session.?
