Guest Lecture on “Management of Arrhythmias”

Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, 必威体育betway888 College of Nursing, 必威体育betway888 organized a Guest Lecture on “Management of Arrhythmias” on December 17, 2021, between 3.00 pm & 4.30 pm to students of Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care (NPCC) residential program and MSc Nursing through Microsoft Teams Platform. Mrs Sreedevi P S, Nurse Practitioner, EMS ICU, MGM Hospital, Navi Mumbai spoke on the topic. She emphasized on reviewing the basic anatomy of cardiac conduction system, the basics of ECG analysis and a detailed deliberation on identification of various arrhythmias and their management modalities. A total of 28 participants including 1st and 2nd year NPCC students of MCON and MVJ College of Nursing Bangalore, 2nd year MSc Students, alumni members, and faculty members of the department participated in the session.

Mr. Anil Raj, Assistant Professor, Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing, MCON welcomed the participants and expressed gratitude to Mrs Sreedevi P S, for accepting the invite and sharing her expertise on the subject with our students. The interesting, inspiring, and elaborate session got over by 4.30 pm.
