The theme of the? world dietetics day 2024 was the role of nutritionsits and dietetics in public health. ?The programme was lead by emcee CND intern Prathana. The programme began with a prayer song which was then followed by the address of the Dean Dr. Arun? G Maiya who spoke on the importance of balanced diet and also customise diet to the individuals. Few fun activities were organised for the faculty. The formal events ended with a vote of thanks by? intern Zamzam.

?After the formal event, it was time for some fun games that the interns had organised both for students and faculty . students were divided into 6 different groups. Forming groups made us get to know others and also everyone got a chance to participate. The games such as taste karke batao, yaad rako, soch ke batao etc were very entertaining also there were some spot games held between the two teams. Also there was dance performance inbetween the games.??At last by totalling the groups scores team 2 were considered as winners.?The event was a great success and everyone enjoyed it. It was very interactive and also very informative.?
