The ‘Raghunathan Award’ for Best Paper in Speech was bagged by Ms. Ancy Varghese, ? II MASLP student, KMC, Mangalore, for the scientific paper entitled “Effect of Modified Shakers Exercise on Pharyngeal Contraction during Swallowing” at the 48th National conference of the Indian Speech and Hearing Association Conference (ISHACON) held at Mumbai between 5th and 7th February, 2016. The paper was prepared under the guidance of Dr. Radish Kumar B and Ms. Sonia Babu.
