The final-year Hotel management students will undergo a two-day Workshop on Indian sweets by Expert Halwai Chef Surjeeth Paul on the 28th and 29th of July 2024
The students will have a hands-on experience of making some of the famous Indian sweets under the guidance of the expert chef. Students will learn the techniques required to make the Best Quality Sweets.
