Empowering Students with Basic Life Support and CPR Skills for Lifesaving Readiness

WGSHA August 2, 2024: Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA) organized a session on “Basic Life Support” as part of the Immersion Program 2024 for the newly joined students of the Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) – 39th course and B.Sc. Culinary Science – 14th Course under the guidance of the principal Dr. (Chef) K Thirugnanasambantham

We had experts Dr. Jyothi (Associate Professor) and Ms. Rekha V (Assistant Professor) from the Department of Cardiovascular Technology, MCHP, 必威体育betway888, who enlightened the students on the topic with a presentation and demo. Interns Ms. Shifali Rao and Ms. Saniola Andria D’Souza assisted the students in practice. After the demo, students practiced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and also clarified by asking their doubts.

Students of WGSHA, Ms. Sanvi Nayak from BSc Culinary Science and Swasti Gupta from BHM, contributed by welcoming, introducing, and voting thanks. Mr. Raghavendra G (Assistant Professor - Selection Grade, WGSHA)?coordinated the session.
