必威体育betway888 Academy of Higher Education celebrated 77^th Independence day on 15 August, 2023. 必威体育betway888 School of Life Sciences, 必威体育betway888 hosted the event. Students of 必威体育betway888 College of Pharmaceutical Sciences took part in the celebration. 15 student contingents of MCOPS was led by Ms Sania Das. The Heads of constituent Institutions, HODs, faculties, guests, students and parents assembled at the venue by 8:50 AM. The event began with opening remarks by Master of ceremony Mr Sandeep Mallya, and welcome address by Dr Satish Rao B S, Director, MSLS, 必威体育betway888, followed by Hoisting of National Flag by Chief Guest, Dr H S Ballal, Pro Chancellor, MAHE, while National Anthem was recited. This was followed by Independence Day Parade by the student contingents, message by Lt Gen (Dr) M D Venkatesh, Vice Chancellor, MAHE, 必威体育betway888 and vote of thanks by Dr Padmalatha S Rai, Associate Director (Academics) MSLS, 必威体育betway888. Finally, results of the Independence Day parade was announced and the awards and certificates for participants were distributed. The event concluded with distribution of sweets.
