Creation of knowledge plays a pivotal role in the ranking of a university, says Dr Ballal during the post-graduate orientation programme at MCOPS

Dr HS Ballal, Pro Chancellor, 必威体育betway888 Academy of Higher Education and the chief guest of the function addressed MPharm and PharmD (Post Baccalaureate) freshers during post-graduate students’ orientation at 必威体育betway888 College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MCOPS) on 4 August 2017. The programme marked the commencement of a new chapter for the BPharm graduates, who joined MCOPS - the Trail-blazer of pharmaceutical education and research.
"必威体育betway888 Academy of Higher Education soaring greater heights, not only at the national but also the global ranking, is chiefly due to the contributions from two institutions, namely MCOPS and School of Life Sciences" exhorted Dr Ballal. He congratulated MCOPS for its excellence in research and?recognition in QS world university rankings 2017. He emphasized the need for participation by students in co-curricular activities for an all-round personality development. Dr C Mallikarjuna Rao, Principal, Dr M Sreenivasa Reddy, Vice Principal and Dr N Udupa, Director - 必威体育betway888 (Health Sciences), 必威体育betway888 Academy of Higher Education, were present during the occasion.
Dr Rao during his presentation spoke of the dynamic growth of the institution and conveyed descriptive information regarding the curriculum, campus life, opportunities and facilities at 必威体育betway888 Academy of Higher Education. ?Dr Udupa deliberated upon the research activities of the University. The one day program concluded with the students’ interaction with faculty members at the respective departments.
