In continuation to the initiative undertaken by Institution Innovation Council (IIC) under the Ministry of Education (Government of India), Department of Bioinformatics of Nirmala College for Women – Coimbatore, organized a webinar on the Theme of the Year: Marching with Hope. As a part of the webinar, Ms. Ramya Ravi delivered a lecture on “Patenting and technology transfer” on 26th Feb 2022 from 3 - 5 pm. The session was attended by students and faculty members of various educational institutions from India. The session detailed patenting practices undertaken in India and further explained the importance of university-industry technology transfer activities.?
