Kiran Marlapudi

Faculty Associate

Kiran Marlapudi is a researcher and educator specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. He has a PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in Management (OB & HR) and an M.Sc in Psychology (OB & HR) from the Central University of Karnataka. His research focuses on emerging areas such as talent development and competency mapping for Industry 4.0, and future of work with an emphasis on how digital transformation impacts workforce productivity, employee readiness and well-being. His research contributions include publications in reputed journals and presentations at prominent global conferences, such as the Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, and the Academy of Human Resource Development. His works address key issues in human resource management and organizational behavior, including Industry 4.0 competencies and AI-assisted talent practices. As an educator, he fosters a learner-centric environment where students engage in critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical applications of knowledge. He leverages experiential learning and real-world case studies to bridge the gap between theory and practice. With about five years of academic and industry experience, he brings a unique blend of research-driven insights and practical knowledge to his teaching and consultancy.

Qualification: PhD (OB & HR) – DoMS, IIT Roorkee , M.Sc (Psychology – OB & HR) – Central University of Karnataka , UGC – JRF & NET (Psychology) , B.Sc – Bangalore University.
