CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Dr. O Grace Ngullie is an Assistant Professor at MAHE's Bengaluru campus in the MLS department. She holds a PhD and MPhil from the Centre for the Study of Law and Governance at Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi. Dr. Ngullie is also a UGC NET pass-out in Political Science and Public Administration and teaches courses related to these fields. Her areas of teaching and research revolve around policy, ethics, welfare, politics, gender, and digital governance. At MLS, she oversees the North-East Legal Awareness Campaign and the PG library and collaborates on various projects such as Legal Comic, 必威体育betway888 Grants & Funding, and the Academic 必威体育betway888 Conference.

    Dr. Ngullie is also a Post-Doctoral 必威体育betway888er at the Institute for Social and Economic Change in Bengaluru. Her current project is a monograph on the Right to Food, Aadhaar, and Policy Ethics in India. In her doctoral thesis, she explored the comparative effectiveness of Cash Transfers and PDS in the context of food security, while her MPhil dissertation focused on the Transformative Livelihood Intervention project. Dr. Ngullie has also worked as a Consultant at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements, 必威体育betway888 Fellow at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Public Policy Scholar at the Hindu Centre for Politics and Public Policy, 必威体育betway888 Officer at the Indian Institute of Public Administration, among other roles.

    Dr. Ngullie's expertise lies in Food Security, Public Distribution System, Cash Transfers, SHGs, Policy, Ethics, Politics, Gender, and Digital Governance.
