1) The activities of the Student Activity Council (SAC) will be managed by the student body through its elected representatives. The collective body of all functionaries, consisting of “Director, MIT Bengaluru”;? ? ? ??
2)? “Coordinator, Student Welfare (SW)”; “Co-coordinator, SW”; “Nominated Faculty”; “Nominated Student members (three)” is called the Student Activity Council. The SAC would meet at least twice in an academic?year (preferably at the beginning of each semester). It will review and recommend and approve the activities of the student clubs & chapters.
3) This council will be headed by the Director, MIT Bengaluru, who would monitor all the activities in the student activity council. The day-to-day activities would be managed by Coordinator and Co-coordinator, SW.
4) The Director would nominate a senior faculty and three student members in the student activity council. These student members are nominated primarily to look-after the affairs of SAC.
